Booking Policies

Payments

Remaining balance must be paid in cash or Apple Pay.
A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your booking for each hair and lash service. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service. Which when you book it will be taken by PayPal, Zelle, apple pay, or venmo.

Late Arrivals

Late Arrivals You will have a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, a $10 late fee will be charged. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
